What types of jobs do you hire for?
We hire for positions in manufacturing, semiconductor, distribution, food production, and many other industries.
We place people in production, assembly, shipping/receiving, machine operators, welding, administrative, customer service, engineering, leadership roles, and more.
Do you conduct background checks?
We work with our clients to help match their own hiring practices. For most positions, we will do drug screening and/or background checks.
What are you looking for in a candidate?
We are looking for individuals who are motivated to work, represent EO well, willing to take direction and follow proper procedures, learn, and have excellent attendance.
How long does the application process take?
We value your time. Therefore, we do our best to keep the process to around an hour from start to finish.
What do I need to bring?
Bring your work history including past employer name, contact information, dates of employment and position held. It is possible to start working the same day, so plan on bringing identification necessary to complete the federal I-9 form for Employment Eligibility Verification.
